medium gold Potatoes. Peeled and cut into medium cubes
500 Mili Litre
Afia Pure Corn oil for frying
2 Tablespoons
Afia extra virgin olive oil
1 Teaspoons
Salt

Garlic cloves, minced
2 Teaspoons
Afia paprika
1 Cup
Cilantro, chopped and divided
2 Tablespoons
red and green Chili, sliced
How to prepare

Method:

1-In a frying pan heat corn oil and fry potatoes until golden and crispy.

2-Transfer to a paper towel and sit aside, meanwhile in a skillet heat olive oil on medium low heat, cook garlic and chili for 30 seconds then add half of the cilantro and cook until wilted. 

3-Add the potato, salt and paprika, stir until all ingredients are combined, add the rest of the cilantro and serve.
